The house on the dam fully complies with modern requirements of European style and culture. The site, located on the shore of the Dnieper River Bay, has a rectangular shape. On the territory there is a security house, a swimming pool, a mature, fruit-bearing orchard, a pier with a canopy for mooring boats with a draft of up to 4 m.
